Terms of Service
The agreement between your agency and WPBit Labs BV for use of the platform.
1. Agreement
By creating a workspace you accept these terms on behalf of the entity you represent. If you do not have authority to do so, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the credentials and connection keys issued to your workspace, and for the actions of team members you invite. Notify security@wpbit.io promptly if you suspect compromise.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use WPBit to manage sites you are not authorised to administer, to distribute malware, to scan infrastructure you do not control, or to circumvent plan limits through multiple workspaces.
4. Plans, billing and limits
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically. Site and storage limits are set out on the pricing page; exceeding them prompts an upgrade and prorated charge rather than disconnection.
Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.
5. Backups and restores
We take reasonable care to store and verify backups, and run automated monthly restore tests. You remain responsible for maintaining an independent copy of business-critical data.
6. Service levels
Enterprise plans include a written 99.99% monthly availability commitment with service credits. Other plans are provided without an SLA, though the same infrastructure and status page apply.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience with notice; we may suspend a workspace immediately for non-payment or for acceptable-use breaches that put other customers at risk. You can export your data for 30 days afterwards.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Amsterdam.
